Workday's integration technology is designed to allow customers to write and maintain integrations with minimal Workday involvement. This course aims to help make you comfortable with undertaking such projects. We will review at a high level several integration options--from packaged WBN and Payroll Integrations to simple EIBs with XSLT transformation and details of the Workday Web Services APIs. The session includes hands-on activities, but this is not a course for developers.  Instead, by leveraging numerous real-life examples, this course tours Workday's integration technologies and is designed for HR personnel and those managing integration projects or developers.

It might be time to take a fresh look at your configuration and get up to date on new automation and ways to manage events.  This hands-on session will review eligibility rules, event types, enrollment event rules, benefit defaults, and more.

This session looks at Reports, Report Writer, and in particular Matrix Reporting.  This course is designed for those with a very basic knowledge of Report Writer or those who want to expand their knowledge of Reports and Report Writer.

Are you aware of all you can do with Workday's Pay for Performance and some of the new functionality associated with Compensation?  In this session, we'll view the Merit Process, starting with employee reviews and ending with workers receiving their recommended increases based on the organization and their own performance.

Creating Additional Benefit Plan Types

Do you have unique benefit plans that currently aren't tracked in the Workday system?  It may be time to consider moving them by using Workday's additional plan types and flexible rate structures.  This course will review the set up of creating an additional plan type, the benefit plan, and addressing your configuration to include the new plan.

Getting the Most Out of Compensation

This session will touch on various concepts of Compensation, including total compensation, segment security, compensation reports, and exploring options on default compensation.
