Speaker Discounts

Customer Speaker Discount
If you are selected to lead an individual session as a solo speaker, you will receive a 50% discount off the registration rate at the time you register. Pre-Conference Training and Enablement Training courses are not included in this offer. This discount cannot be combined with any other discounts/offers. Customer Panelist Discount
If you are selected to participate as a session panelist, you will receive a 25% discount off the registration rate at the time you register. Pre-Conference Training and Enablement Training courses are not included in this offer. This discount cannot be combined with any other discounts/offers. Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing. Email your cancellation notice to the Workday Rising registration team at risingregistration@workday.com.

  • Full refund less $150 processing fee: Cancellation must be received by 12:00 p.m. (PDT) on Monday, August 26, 2013. The $150 processing fee applies to all Workday Rising registration types.
  • 50% refund: Cancellations received after 12:00 p.m. (PDT) on Monday, August 26, 2013. Refund will be based on your registration fee plus any training and guest fees you may have purchased.

Credits are not issued for a future year's program.

To cancel hotel reservations, please contact the Workday Rising registration team at risingregistration@workday.com. Hotel cancellations require 72-hour notice prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty equal to one night room and tax. Cancellation or change of travel reservations is the sole responsibility of the attendee.

Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend Workday Rising 2013, you may transfer your registration to another person by sending an email to the Workday Rising registration team at risingregistration@workday.com with the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrants by 12:00 p.m. (PDT) on Friday, September 6, 2013. Substitutions may not be granted after this date. Credits are not issued for a future year's program.
