Conference Fees

Standard Registration: $1295 (the same as 2008 conference rates)

Registration fee includes access to all sessions, the Partner & Product Expo, Welcome Reception, Customer Appreciation Party, and all hosted meals. Travel and hotel costs are the responsibility of the attendee.

Please note that online registration will close on Friday, October 16. Thereafter, you’ll need to register onsite.

Ways to Save

  • Group Discount: Register and pay for full conference attendance for four attendees from your company and get the fifth attendee free! Contact us for a special registration code for your fifth attendee.
  • Speak at a session and get a $500 discount off our standard registration. If you’re chosen to speak, we’ll give you a special registration code to enter when you register. No other registration discounts apply; speakers will count toward a Group Discount, however.

NOTE: All speaker slots are currently full. If any slots open up, we'll post an announcement on the Workday Community.

Is It Worth It?

While we can't put a value on sessions, we think we're offering quite a few that are worth the price of admission alone. Workday Rising offers so many one-of-a-kind learning opportunities and chances to learn from Workday experts and like-minded customers that the perspectives and resources you'll take back to your organization will surely deliver an outstanding return on your conference investment.

Consider these other value-added programs and savings:

  • Discounted training workshops
  • Free onsite Optimization Services (valued at $250 an hour)
  • Hotel discounted 33% off standard rate for this season
  • Food alone (including 30% tax and gratuity) valued at nearly $600 per person (and we choose conservative menus)
  • Hotel is right above a BART station so public transportation is a viable option

Please know that Workday Rising is not a profit-making event for Workday. We make a significant investment in the event to help keep costs manageable for you.

Your Guests

Bring a guest to our Welcome Reception (Sunday) and our Customer Appreciation Party (Tuesday) for $150. Register your guest during the conference registration process.

Our Guests

For the first time, we are inviting prospective Workday customers to our conference so they can feel the buzz and learn as much as possible about Workday from you and our partners. The prospect program will run only on Sunday and Monday. On Monday, prospects will attend the same morning keynotes you will attend followed by a special track of sessions. You will have a chance to meet them at our Welcome Reception, during breaks, and at the Partner & Product Expo, and as always, we appreciate your advocating on our behalf.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your conference registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a $100 processing fee. This applies to all Workday Rising attendees. Cancellations must be made in writing by October 1, 2009, via email to conference@workday.com.

Workday cannot manage travel and hotel cancellations; you should do that directly with your airline and/or the Palace Hotel.

Substitutions

If you are not able to attend, you may substitute another person from your company at no additional charge. Substitutions must be made in writing to Workday Rising User Conference Team with the names of the original and substitute registrant.
