The sessions in this track are designed for all audiences, regardless of the Workday solution you’re using. If a session here is more appropriate for implementation or production teams, the title of the session designates this.

Global Implementations Panel
The Workday extended community includes a number of customers with an expansive global footprint. Learn more about how some of these customers use Workday’s global-at-the-core functionality to meet both domestic and international information needs. Implementing Workday Best Practices Panel
Workday has a standard implementation methodology that guides all of our software deployments. However, customers still need to make a number of decisions in support of that methodology: How many resources need to be committed to a project? What are the skill levels and backgrounds of team members? What project management principles and techniques should we follow? How should IT be involved? Should we go live in phases or all at once? How do we execute user acceptance testing? Hear the answers to these questions and more firsthand from customer project managers who’ve been there.
Moderator(s): Shawn Cadwallader, Workday

Internal Support Models Panel
Ever wonder how to set up a support model within your organization that optimizes your resources? Or do you have an existing model that isn’t quite working? Come to this session to find out how other Workday customers planned, designed, and built their internal support models. Hear from your peers, ask questions, and learn tips for implementing an effective support model for your organization.

Workday has the answer, and in this session we will unveil our new Work/Project Management Solution. Be one of the first to see how core worker data combines with Workday’s unique technology to enable an exciting new approach to managing work and projects. Leveraging Delegation to Enable MSS/ESS
Manager self-service and employee self-service (MSS and ESS) help streamline and improve the HR experience. However, HR teams often want to delay launching MSS and ESS to gain expertise in the system before rolling it out to other users. Come hear how AMN Healthcare leveraged the Workday delegation functionality to expertly manage these competing objectives.
Presenter(s): Collaborative Solutions, AMN Healthcare
